Four Wisconsin women accused of getting back at a cheating lover by gluing his private parts were in court Tuesday.
Donessa Davis said he thought he was in store for a sexual encounter, allowing himself to be tied up to the bed at a local hotel.
"It was supposed to include binding but not that type," Davis told the court.
Four women, Therese Ziemann, Wendy Sewell, Michelle Belliveau and Davis' wife, Tracy Hood Davis entered the room seeking revenge for past infidelity.
Therese Ziemann is accused of Krazy Gluing Davis' private parts to his leg and stomach.
"You can't do this...to do it. And I was telling them that, you know, that you guys can't let her do this," said Davis.
Davis said the women threatened him with mace and taunted him. According to Davis, the women said he was getting what he deserved.
But defense lawyers don't buy Davis' story.
"He is as dishonest with the public, with the court, as he was with the women he bilked and tricked for months," said Sewell's attorney Nila Robinson.
Robinson said she will file a motion to dismiss charges against her client, Wendy Sewell.
Belliveau pleaded "not guilty" to the charges.
The other women are still waiting to be arraigned.
