Joe Taylor's been a fixture here at Peer Bearings for years - 50 years to be exact. Hired at 19, passionate about the product and his job, Taylor is now head of quality control.

He has an eye for precision and checking the bearings so critical to customers.

Taylor, who is now 69, figures he has many good friends and many good years still ahead on the job.

He calls it a good fit from day one.

The company he works for makes bearings for automotive and machinery companies around the world.
