From ChicagoBreakingNews.com: The search is on for two children who were abducted Monday morning in Harvey, authorities said. An Amber Alert has been issued by Illinois State Police for Kendall Carr, 8, and his 2-year-old sister Kenni Carr, who were abducted at 9:44 a.m. from the 14700 block of Washington Avenue. The male suspect and two children were last seen in a gray Dodge minivan with Iowa license plates and are believed to be en route to Missouri, according to the alert. Harvey police spokeswoman Sandra Alvarado said the children are with their 39-year-old father, Kent W. Carr. He has relatives in Missouri, Alvarado said.
