When Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey first met, it was more than just love at first sight.

"We connected at a spiritual level," Cannon, 29, told George Lopez Wednesday on Lopez Tonight about his wife of two years.

"We are both kids at heart," he said. "She is the funniest person ever and she has a great sense of humor."
