Gov. Paterson's top adviser and ex-roommate Clemmie Harris got into a heated argument in 1995 with Harris' then-girlfriend, and it left the woman so scared that she called the cops, according to a report.

The domestic dispute is the second to rock the Paterson administration, which is being investigated for possibly interfering with a case involving another top aide.

The incident involving Harris, first reported yesterday by the Albany Times Union, occurred in 1995 at the home of Lori Ann Guzman.
