Rowena Gutierrez's garage is where she holds her weekly "Broke Ain't No Joke Sale" where she has been selling all her possessions in order to pay her home and medical bills. Gutierrez was a nurse for 20 years and is now unemployed with no medical benefits and is foreclosing on the house she and her daughter, Gretchen Logan, 14, live in.
