CNBC's Shartia Brantley reports that several companies have reported positive quarterly data as earnings season continues. The October Jobs report showed unemployment rose to 10.2 percent while African-American unemployment rose to 15.7 percent. President Obama signed legislation to extend unemployment benefits for up to an additional 20 weeks. The Federal Reserve has left its key interest rate unchanged.
