Al Sharpton and Tavis Smiley got into a heated dispute over President Obama's policies regarding African-Americans, the president held a no less contentious bi-partisan summit in a last ditch effort to rescue health care reform and David Paterson relented to increasing pressure by agreeing to abandon his campaign for a full term as New York's governor.
