Obama portrait removal is a prank to some, prejudice to others

Oklahoma state lawmakers are investigating a presidential mystery. A portrait of President Barack Obama keeps moving from a wall in the House chamber. Democratic Representative Mike Shelton of Oklahoma City interrupted a house bill discussion Thursday to call out the responsible party. Nobody has confessed to moving the Obama picture but some speculate it's politically motivated. The portrait often shows in the background during internet broadcasts. House Speak Chris Benge says, "The issue will be handled internally and the person responsible will not be admonished publicly."
