Caught on tape: Bikini brawl breaks out at Burger King

A dispute inside a Burger King in Panama City Beach, Florida on Saturday evening quickly escalated into an all out brawl. A customer captured the entire incident on their cell phone. It shows 23-year-old Kimesia Smith in her bikini, yelling at one of the counter clerks. Smith eventually jumps onto the counter. Panama City Beach Police Chief Robert Harding says "Looks like words were exchanged, tempers flared, some items were thrown, the suspect grabbed the victim by her hair." You can also see Smith grab a water jug and swing it at employees. Straws and napkins go flying. The arrest report claims Ms. Smith got upset when she was ordering her food in the drive thru that's when she came inside to have some words with the Burger King employees. Harding is quick to point-out that Smith is not a spring breaker, just someone who was visiting the beach, and made a bad decision. Chief Harding says "she's a 23-year old unemployed mother of 3, from Montgomery. So I would surmise she was probably not a spring breaker." Marquettia Bailey, the 18-year-old Burger King employee involved in the brawl, has decided to press charges. Police say the cell phone video will certainly help her case. Chief Harding says "whoever took the video for her probably has sealed her fate when it goes to court." He also warns others about losing your cool over a couple of burgers. Chief Harding says "every business there's always a manager somewhere you can talk to. But when you take it in your hands like this you usually wind up going to jail."
