Watch Jesse Jackson discuss the Urban League report with MSNBC's Tamron Hall

Jesse Jackson addresses the Urban League's State of Black America report report that was released today.

Jackson says that poverty is the reason for the remaining divide between whites, and blacks and Hispanics. Civil rights laws should be applied more strictly to reduce the divide, he says.

Jackson calls the new health care reform bill an anti-poverty bill because, he says, it helps those who have lost their jobs. However, the report says that the health care bill will not be enough to reduce the racial divide.
