Whitney Houston has died at age 48. One of her last projects was a big screen remake of the cult film Sparkle. In what has turned out to be one of her final on-camera interviews, she sat down with Access Hollywood to discuss her latest comeback and the inspiration for the film. According to Houston, Sparkle was years in the making and was originally conceived for the late Aaliyah. Houston’s life, tragically, has also been cut short far too soon.
