From PopEater Man oh man did Kanye West start tweeting yesterday. Dude was throwing @ signs, hashtags, shout-outs, retweets, Twitpics, the works. Racking up more than 222,000 followers in less than 24 hours, Kanye has been the polar opposite of the last celebrity-joins-Twitter event, Conan O'Brien, who posted a single LOL-worthy tweet each day, keeping the world in suspense for weeks. Kanye, on the other hand, busted out nearly 50 posts in on day one, really taking the microblogging site through its paces. At this rate, he'll notch his 1000th tweet in less than three weeks.
