This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments in what might become the largest job discrimination lawsuit ever in this country. This summer, the Court will rule on whether women claiming gender discrimination in a case against Wal-Mart can proceed in a class-action suit against the retail giant.

A situation like this brings up the question of whether or not women still feel discriminated against in their workplace because of their gender. More specifically, are African-American women more prone to discrimination in the work place than women of other ethnic groups?

With icons like Oprah owning her own network and Michelle Obama in the White House, theGrio wondered who you felt was making a difference for women's rights in America today. But maybe that task should be shared among women -- how can they all make a
difference and fight for more equality in the work place?
