Barbershop Buzz: How can blacks improve Hollywood?

It's "Oscar time":http://www.thegrio.com/entertainment/slideshow-most-memorable-african-american-oscar-achievements.php once again and this year it's an all white race with the "absence of black nominees":http://www.thegrio.com/entertainment/whoopi-lack-of-black-oscar-nominees-not-a-trend.php for the first time since 2000. We hit the barbershops to get a sense of how people feel about the controversy. Where does this problem begin? Who do you think is calling the shots behind the camera? How can blacks improve in the film industry? Why aren't African-American roles being written -- and if roles aren't race specific, why aren't blacks being chosen? What movies would you have nominated?
