Donations assist 87-year-old woman living in a shack

LENA, MS -- TheGrio has an update concerning 87-year-old Ester Davis of Lena. We first showed you that Ms. Davis is living in a 160-year-old leaky shack in deplorable conditions. A local church has been collecting donations to help her out, and so far more than $9,200 has been collected.

Make your check payable to the church, but be sure to indicate that it is for the Ester Davis Fund.
